The Integrated Screening and Safety Planning (ISSP) study aims to improve care for adolescents and young adults (AYA) with suicidal thoughts in an outpatient medical settings. This project involves seeking input on adapting Jaspr, an evidence-based assessment and safety planning tool originally designed for use in emergency settings, for use with AYA in non-emergency settings. This website is intended for AYA research participants and their parents or caregivers as an additional component to the Jaspr tool, providing AYA- and caregiver-focused resources related to comfort, coping skills, stories from AYAs who have experienced a suicide crisis, and support materials for parents.
